Pastor Tim Howells
- Originally from Aberdare, South Wales;
- Background: 20+ years in professional football, working with premiership and league clubs.
- Moved to Carmarthen in 2010 with his wife Karen and sons Daniel & Jacob.
- Responsibilities: vision, preaching, teaching, and external church relationships.
Pastor Mark and Julie Andrews
- Joined Bethel in 2017.
- Spent 8 years as missionaries in Mozambique; moved to Wales in 2006 to pastor in Swansea Valley.
- Split time between Bethel and overseas mission, especially in South East Asia.
- Julie works as a Ward Manager in the local hospital.
Malory and Jane Stanford
- Moved to Newcastle Emlyn in November 2019.
- They have a strong desire to serve the local community and share God’s love in practical ways.
- Malory works locally and in Carmarthen as a gardener.
- Jane is a stay‑at‑home mum to their five children.
Arjen Brouwer
- Originally from South Africa
- Works in Local Government
Iain Field
- Works as an IT Technician
- Gifted Musician and heads up the PA Team at Bethel
- Looks after the administration of Bethel Church
Del Solway
- Del is a former Primary School Teacher
- Heads up our Children’s and Youth Work
- She is also our Safeguarding Officer
Timothy and Akler Asibey Berko
- Both originally from Ghana, West Africa
- Tim is an orthopaedic Doctor in the local hospital
- Akler is an A+E doctor also in the Local hospital
- Both head up our Prayer ministry in Bethel
